In Search of Everything

Week 2:

I am making some progress on my project (YAY)!! However, I'm still working on my list of all the things I want to do! I did add a few things this week and began getting somethings done to make them happen!

1. Coordinate going skydiving.
Am I absolutely crazy or what? This is something I've been wanting to do for as long as I can remember, but honestly I'm not so sure what I am getting myself into.

2. Began contacts for a fundraiser to help children!
I am just crazy about kids. God says to approach your relationship with him in a child-like way, so why not spend tons of my time with kiddos?

3. Find a new book to read and finish up one.
10 more pages is "Blue like Jazz" and starting "Imagine"

Well writing it down makes it seem kind of small, but I must tell you I'm super busy! Next week is going to be crazy for me - exams, exams, and more exams! After that though, IM DONE! Anyway enough about me...

What about you?? I want to know what's going on in your life! I LOVE recieveing emails from you - it makes my day!! Much love!

Week 1:

If you have yet to read my post on my new project, please do! I am so exciting about it! To be honest I am currently learning and discovering what I really want it to be and where Christ will lead me. However, He has already given me some awesome encouragement and things to get me started.

Books I am currently hooked on:

Blue Like Jazz by: Donald Miller

The Happiness Project by: Gretchen Rubin

These two books are what I am reading right now and honestly LOVING! They are drastically different so before buying them, please read the synopsis. I do suggest them though. One of my new things to always keep in mind is to be open minded to things that are out of my comfort zone (advice from my wonderful step-dad)! With that in mind maybe choose one that wouldn't be your usual choice.

8 Things to interstate into your day to have a more joyful day!

1. Tell Jesus "good morning" right when you wake up. Simply acknowledging Him first can transcend peace through your day.

2. Find more reasons to smile. Even if it's something silly.

3. Wear something that you feel worthy in. Dress to impress.

4. Fit in a work out, even if it's 10 minutes. It will give you some peace of mind and relaxation.

5. Laugh

6. Notice something new or something old. Just notice something you wouldn't notice everyday. It will make you more aware.

7. Give yourself a compliment and then pass one on to someone else.

8. Pray for someone else before yourself.

These are the things that are helping me have a fuller and more joyful day! I have loved hearing from you and your feedback, so please send me things that are helping you to have a better day!!!

Much Love!
